• What if I receive the wrong merchandise?

Please send an email to lonnas@lonnas.com and we will arrange to pick it up and send you the correct item at our expense.

• What if the item is defective?

We take great care to ensure our products are top quality and are manufactured in an artisanal way. However, in the event an item is defective, please send an email to lonnas@lonnas.com and we will arrange to pick up the goods and send you a replacement item in perfect condition.

• Where can I buy Lonnas?

We almost exclusively sell online, but we are working on finding a physical retail space where you can see our product. Those spaces will soon be announced in the Points of sale section.

• Is it safe to shop online?

We have the most common and safest payment methods available to ensure 100% secure transactions.

• What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Paypal and bank wires.

• Can I wash my Lonnas?

Yes, our lonnas shoes can be cleaned by hand or in the washing machine using a soft programme as they are made of natural materials.

• Where are our products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured exclusively by Spanish suppliers in an artisanal way to ensure top quality.

• What kind of materials are Lonnas shoes made from?

We use first quality materials, such as elastic jute to guarantee maximum comfort and to ensure products of the highest quality.

• How do I know if my order went through?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via email at lonnas@lonnas.com

• How much are the shipping costs?

Within Spain (Peninsula), shipping costs are €3.90. Shipping costs for other destinations are shown when you fill out your shopping bag data. If you place an order of 2 or more items, shipping costs will be assumed by Lonnas, which means shipping will be free of charge within the Peninsula.

• Is VAT included in the price shown in the Orders section?

All prices shown include VAT to avoid any last-minute surprises.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

We work with the best courier companies to ensure orders arrive as soon as possible within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends, for the Peninsula. For other destinations, please check when filling out the shopping bag data.

• What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

The courier company will get in touch with you to rearrange delivery. If the order still can’t be delivered, it will be left at their nearest office so you can pick it up.

• What if the chosen size is not mine?

Get in touch with us via email at lonnas@lonnas.com and return the item with the courier company of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of sending the item to us and we will send you the new size at our expense in case this is your first return.

• What kind of soles do the shoes have?

The outsoles of Lonnas shoes are made of vulcanized rubber and the inner soles of natural jute on cotton, which makes the shoes incredibly comfortable.

• Are there men and/or women shoes?

All our products are unisex.
