The store’s geographical area of sales is Europe.
Products purchased through the store will be delivered to the name and address indicated by the user once the payment is verified. The maximum delivery time within the Iberian Peninsula is three working days from the receipt of payment by card, provided that the selected article is available in our central warehouse. In case an item is not available, you will be informed of a delay in delivery at the time of purchase of an article.
The LONNAS delivery service is performed in collaboration with various prestigious logistics operators. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes, hotels or other non-permanent addresses.
Shipping costs within the Iberian Peninsula are EUR 3.90 and free for purchases of 2 or more products. LONNAS reserves the right to promote or alter the amount of these expenses when appropriate. Shipping costs for orders to destinations outside the peninsula can be found below.

Orders will not be sent out or delivered on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, as they are not considered business days.
6.1. Return and exchange of goods:
The user has a right to return a product, in which case he/she may contact LONNAS via e-mail at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at Tel. + (0034) 620 118 926 and return the purchase no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product.
In the email, please indicate the user’s name and address, order information and the reason for return. The return shall be made in accordance with the instructions provided to the user by LONNAS in response to their notice to exercise their right to return.

PREPARING THE PACKAGE
Place the return items in the package with the marked delivery order form. ENSURE that the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, perfectly labeled with its tape intact and in perfect condition.
SEND US YOUR PACKAGE
Send your package to: LONNAS C/ Zaragoza 46 1º A 41001 Seville. The goods will be received in LONNAS headquarters in Seville. This is the address where users can also send relevant claims in writing on complaint forms at their disposal.
If everything is correct, refunds will be received within a few days.
The user should return the product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days since the order was received.
Return shipping costs will be at the expense of the user except in cases where the item has arrived defective.
All exchanges and returns will be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at Tel. + (0034) 620 118 926.
The return will lead to a refund of the amount paid. The deadline for such payment shall be a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation or return. The order amount will be refunded by bank transfer to the account number provided by the user when he/she contacts us. The amount paid for the item and shipping charges generated in the initial purchase (if previously paid by the buyer at the time of purchase) will be refunded, as well as, the shipping costs of the return in cases where the product has arrived defective.
You cannot exercise the right of return when the product is not returned in its original packaging, unused, perfectly labeled with its tape intact and in perfect condition.
The logistics provider for returns will be designated and paid for by the client.
The deadline for exchanges in size or color will be 14 calendar days, provided requested items are in stock.
6.2. Exchange a size or model without a defect:
The user can make an exchange in size or model of a received order. If this exchange is not due to a flaw or defect in the product, the customer must bear the expenses of the delivery of the exchange and the new product’s delivery at the cost of EUR8, which must be paid to the courier company upon the delivery of the new order.
The method for making an exchange will be to contact LONNAS via email at email@example.com, indicating the model received and the model you will like to exchange for. LONNAS will notify you of the exchange cost of EUR8, which includes the shipping of the new and old orders, and at which time, must be confirmed by the client before proceeding with the new product shipment.
Once confirmed our courier company will be notified to send the new order via normal shipping. When the new product is received, the customer must pay the amount of EUR8 for the delivery and pick up of the exchanged products.
6.3. Cancellation of an order:
An order may be cancelled, as long as you contact LONNAS before the order has been shipped.
